1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (thebackpatio.info) and visiting our establishment at 3944 NE Cully Blvd, Portland, OR 97213, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site
  • Use the site to transmit harmful code, malware, or viruses
  • Scrape, data-mine, or otherwise extract content from the site without permission

3. Age Requirements

All ages are welcome at The Back Patio until 8:00 PM daily. After 8:00 PM, our venue is 21+ only. Valid ID is required for alcohol purchases. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone unable to provide proof of age.

4. Reservations and Private Events

The Back Patio operates on a walk-in basis. For private events, a deposit may be required to hold your date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may forfeit the deposit. Final headcount is due 72 hours before the event.

5. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment for all guests. Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of The Back Patio, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Back Patio, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or visit to our establishment. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, or lost profits.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
