Bartender / Tap-House Server
Part-TimeWe're looking for a friendly, reliable bartender to join our tap-house team. You'll pour craft beer and wine, make cocktails, serve in-house food items, and create the welcoming atmosphere that makes The Back Patio special. Experience preferred but personality matters more — we can train the skills.
- ✓2-3 shifts per week (Wed-Sun)
- ✓Craft beer knowledge a plus
- ✓Wine and cocktail experience helpful
- ✓OLCC server's permit required
Event Coordinator / Host
Part-TimeHelp us run our weekly events — Vinyl Night, Rip City Trivia, karaoke, live music, and bingo. You'll set up equipment, welcome guests, keep things running smoothly, and help create the fun, inclusive atmosphere that makes our events special.

General Support / All-Rounder
Part-TimeA flexible role for someone who can do a bit of everything — help behind the bar, bus tables on the patio, assist with events, and jump in wherever needed. Perfect for someone who wants variety and enjoys being part of a small, tight-knit team.
